James C. Williams, 77, of Titusville, FL, passed away on Friday, December 30, 2005, of heart failure.

He had successfully battled cancer twice. Jim as he was known to his friends and family, was born in Norwich, CT in 1928.

He was the only child of Charles and Helen Williams. Jim retired from the Air Force with the rank of Senior Master Sergeant in 1972. At that time he moved to Brevard County, bringing with his his wife and three children. Jim also worked for McCotter Motors, McDonnell Douglas, Ron Norris and before he retired again, from Morton Thiokol in 1994.

He enjoyed fishing, shrimping and restoring older model Mercury Cougar cars. Jim was a Free Mason.

Jim is survived by his wife of over 50 years, Ann; two daughters, Elaine Williams and Linda Redman; one son, Charles (Elzibeita) Williams; and one grandson, Michael (Beth) Redman.

There are no services planned. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Cancer Society.
