FERGUSON, KARL LAVAUGHN "SUNNY"

, of Orlando, FL, named after his granddad and father, born in a Tipton County Indiana apple orchard, was received by our Lord December 26, 2008 from health complications.

A brother to Michael and Dennis (deceased); a husband to Ellen; father to Janice, Chester, Mickey, and Kris; a gran-daddy to Jacob, Levi, Zachary, Nicholas, Haden, Kasey, Jordan, Reed, Michelle, Robin, Lisa, and Susan; a great-grandaddy to Jacob, Kealey, McKenzie,Daiten, Diezel, Trynity, and Faith.

Raised in Sheridan, IN, and transplanted to Orlando in his teen years. Of the 24 different jobs he has had, the first nine Apollo-Saturn 5 shots had his handprints all over them, and he had also been involved in making lasers.

He participated in softball for years and umpired the game. Traveled the mainland United States and saw its wonders. Loved to participate in NASCAR racing and watching. Karl totally enjoyed cooking, his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.

The family will receive friends at the Baldwin Fairchild West Altamonte Chapel on Tuesday, December 30th from 6-8PM. The funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 31st at 2PM with interment to follow at Highland Memory Gardens.
