JOHN H. KELLER Jr., MERRITT ISLAND

John H. Keller, Jr., 83, a retired Major, Air Force Electrical Engineer, at Kennedy Space Center, died Friday, April 25, 2008 at Health Center of Merritt Island.

He was born in Waynesboro, VA and came to Brevard County in the early 1960s. John was a member of Divine Mercy Catholic Church, a member of Military Officers Association of America, Florida Institute of Technology Alumni, University of Virginia alumni, and 8th Air Force Association.

He is survived by his wife, Eleanor; children, Sharon (Bob) of Levine, GA, Dawn (Al) of Akeo, Hawaii, Jill (Larry) Tew of Melrose, FL, Scott (Sherry) of Satellite Beach; five grandchil dren and one great-grandchild. John was predeceased by his first wife, Rose and his parents, John Keller and Alva Gardner.

Memorial Services will be held Saturday, May 10th, at 10:30 a.m. at Divine Mercy Catholic Church, Merritt Island. Family requests no flowers. Donations may be sent to Alzheimers Foundation or Health First Hospice, Melbourne.
