SAMUEL A. MYERS, III, TITUSVILLE

A long illness ended the life of Samuel A. Myers, III, on Friday, October 3, 2008, at the age of 52. His friends will know him better as "ZAP".

He was born in Pennsylvania, and moved to Titusville at the age of 4. He will be missed by his sons, Dylan and Jordan Myers of Indialantic; his mother, Doris Littlefield of Titusville and brother, Joseph Scott Littlefield of Mims.

Sam was employed by CCAFS/Kennedy Space Center Fire Rescue. He was the former Fire Chief for the Indialantic Fire Department. He served in the Army as a Medical Specialist.

Next to his children, Sam enjoyed fishing, boating and being near the beach.

A Memorial service will be held at 10:30 a.m, Monday, October 13th, at North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville.
