HARRY NICHOLS, TITUSVILLE Harry Elliott Nichols, 82, died Saturday, October 18, 2008 at his home. He was born in Rome Georgia and lived much of his life in Lafayette, Alabama. He served in the Merchant Marines during World War II. Harry was a member of St. Andrews Methodist Church in Titusville. He worked at Kennedy Space Center for over 25 years. Harry is survived by his wife of 58 years, Cenus Nichols of Titusville; his daughter, Susan Nichols of Colorado Springs, his sons, Larry Nichols and William Nichols, both of Titusville; grandchildren, Darrell, Holly, Lindsey, Courtney, Travis, and Tyler; great-grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Dylan, and brother, William B. Nichols of Ocala. He was predeceased by a brother, James Nichols and sister, Caroline Nichols Chambers. Visitation will be held tonight, Monday, October 20th at North Brevard Funeral Home from 6 - 8 p.m. Services will be held in Lafayette, Alabama.
