CHARLES RINEHART, TITUSVILLE

Charles Carroll Rinehart passed away peacefully on Thursday, May 15, 2008. Charles was born in Frederick, Maryland on October 18, 1926 to Charles A. and Blanche Fleming Rinehart. He was a resident of Titusville, Florida since 1957 moving here from Baltimore, MD. Charles was a kind and loving son, brother, husband father, grandfather, great-grand father and friend, who will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved him.

He was a proud World War II veteran serving with the Navy on the USS Henry W. Tucker. Charles was an avid fisherman and loved boating. He finished his working career after 38 years with Martin Marietta at Kennedy Space Center.

Charles was a member of the VFW, Eagles, Moose Lodge and the American Legion. He was married to his loving wife of 50 years, Theresa Tomaszewski (who preceded him in death). He was the father of six chil dren, eleven grandchildren, and seven great-grandchildren: Son John (Charlotte) Rinehart and grandsons, Adam Rinehart (predeceased), Jacob Rinehart and his wife, Christie. Daughter Kathleen (Steve) Skinner, grandson, Lee Skinner, and wife Anne, and great-grand son, Tripp and granddaughter, Christi Skinner. Daughter, Edwina Luke (predeceased), grandson, Matthew Luke and wife Jenna and great- grandchildren, Alex and Madelyn Luke. Son Charles (Patty) Rinehart, granddaughter Holly Ellis and husband Wayne and great- grandchildren, Lindsey, Austin, and Montana; granddaughter, Jennifer Hill and husband Dwayne and great-granddaughter, Brooke. Son James (Sharon) Rinehart; granddaughters, Rachel and Erica Rinehart. Daughter Rosemary (Dave) Crook and grandson, Kelly and granddaugther, Tracy Crook. Sisters, Minyon Boston (predeceased) of Mechanicsburg, PA, Mary Czerwinski of Reistertown, MD and Helen Wayson of Jonestown, PA; and a predeceased brother, John Rinehart.

The family would like to thank Charles many caregivers for their dedication, support and kindness throughout his long journey.

Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Sunday, May 18th, at North Brevard Funeral Home. A service will be held at 11 a.m., Monday, in the funeral home chapel.
