WAYNE L. THOMAS TITUSVILLE

Wayne L. Thomas, 72, passed away on Thursday, July 3, 2008. He was born in Armstrong Mills, Ohio in 1935, and in 1958 married Barbara Tietsort in Council Bluffs, Iowa. Wayne enlisted in the United States Air Force in 1955, and retired as a TSgt in 1975.

After his military retirement, Wayne worked at Ecklers Corvette in Titusville and the CSR at the Space Center, where he retired in 1997 after 13 years of serv ice.

Wayne is survived by his wife of 49 years, Barbara; three daughters, Linda Carter, Teri (Brian) Biglands, and Lora (Bob) Badger; six grandsons, Kyle Ahern, Eric Biglands, Michael Biglands, Jake Williams, Wade Williams and Dalton Carter; brother, Bill Thomas and wife, Norma and their sons, Doug and David of St. Clairsville, OH.

Interment services with Mili tary Honors will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 9, 2008 at Florida National Cemetery in Bushnell, Florida.
