Rachel Cliborne Cocoa Beach

Rachel Moore Cliborne, 76, died Thursday, March 12, 2009. She had been a proud resident of Cocoa Beach for 42 years. Mrs. Cliborne was born in Halifax, VA, the daughter of William B. and Lona Seamons Moore.

Her husband Sam preceded her in death. She is survived by her sister, Beatrice Hawkins of South Boston, VA; step daughter, Joann Yancey of Chesterfield, VA; stepson, James Cliborne of South Boston, VA; niece, Nancy Hawkins of Winston-Salem, NC; and nephew, William Hawkins of Forest, VA.

Mrs. Cliborne worked for Boeing during the Apollo program and had retired as a mortgage broker.

Friends are invited to visit at Beckman-Williamson Funeral Home, 101 N. Brevard Avenue, Cocoa Beach, FL, from 6 to 8 p.m. on Sunday, March 15th.
