RADFORD, RAYMOND D.

passed away on Dec. 18, 2009 with his family by his side.

Born Mar. 2, 1928 in Elsmore, Kansas to Ella and Ray Bradford. He is proceeded in death by his wife, Joy, and survived by his sister, Barbara Lafferty and husband, Jim, son, Michael Bradford and wife, Colleen, daughter, Linda Nichols and husband, David, daughter Sueann Cartwright, daughter Robin Bradford and numerous grand children and great-grandchildren.

He served in the Merchant Marines during WWII. He was a leader and member of the Carpenter's Local Union 1765. He was a member of the Masonic Lodge. He helped to build the Kennedy Space Center, Disney, and other projects in Florida.

He coached softball and baseball at Conway Little League for many years. He loved to fish, garden, paint, do woodworking and spending time with his family and friends. He was a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather.

Services with be Tuesday, Dec. 22, 2009 at First Christian Church. 2565 East Kaley Ave Orlando, Florida, Visitation at 10 and memorial service at 11. In lieu of flowers please make donations to The Russell Home, 510 Holden Ave., Orlando, Florida 32839
