WINCKEL TITUSVLLE Arthur Winckel, 66, a loving husband, devoted father, and a dedicated friend, died Thursday, April 29, 2004 in Orlando, Fla. Arthur was born in Elizabeth, New Jersey and came to Brevard County in 1966 from Long Island, N.Y. He was retired from Lock heed Martin where he was an engineer. Arthur was a Board Member of the Gilchrist Educational Foundation, Teacher and Choir member at Park Avenue Baptist Church, and a member of LaCita Mens Golf Association. He is survived by his wife, Irene Winckel; daughter, Cathy Winckel Kohout; son, Scott Winckel; sisters, Betty Huff and Virginia Reisert; and many extended members of the family. Services Wednesday, May 5, 2004 at Park Avenue Baptist Church at 4 p.m. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Gilchrist Educational Foundation, P.O.
