COCOA BEACH -- Charles H. Throm, 71, a retired aerospace engineering
assistant for Boeing, died Sunday, May 7, at Harbor Place Assisted Living
Facility in Melbourne.
Mr. Throm was born in Buffalo, N.Y. He came to Brevard County in 1998 from Clarcona. He was an Army veteran. Mr. Throm was a member of Church of Our Saviour in Cocoa Beach. Survivors include his wife, Joan Throm of Cocoa Beach; sons, Douglas Throm and Ronald Throm, both of Cocoa, and Kevin Throm of Merritt Island; daughters, Cindy Kirby of Ormond Beach and Linda Lingner of Raleigh, N.C.; stepdaughter, Charlene Vetter of Buffalo; brother, Roger Throm of Elma, N.Y.; and seven grandchildren. No calling hours are scheduled. A memorial Mass will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Church of Our Saviour. Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home on Merritt Island is in charge of arrangements. |
