Mr. Price was born in Toronto, Canada. He came to Brevard County in 1956 from Canada.

>He was a member of the YMCA, the Lion's Club, RCA Old Timers, Universal Light Chapel on Merritt Island and Knights of Pythias.

Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Lois Price of Melbourne; daughters, Marjorie Quintero of Palm Bay, Linda Kisamore of Melbourne, and Bonnie Guadalupe of Satellite Beach; sons, Eric Price and James Price, both of Melbourne; sister, Nancy Myers of Simco, Ontario, Canada; 16 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.

No calling hours are scheduled. Memorial services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at Christ's Universal Church on Merritt Island. Davis Funeral Home in Melbourne is in charge of arrangements.
