FRANK E'DALGO
MERRITT ISLAND -- Frank E'Dalgo, 88, died Sunday, January 14, 2001,at Health Center of Merritt Island. Mr. E'Dalgo was born in Forsyth, Ga. He came to Florida early in the 1930's, where he dedicated his life to advancing the working people. He was an early organizer primarily in the Florida Citrus and Agriculture Industry. He came to Brevard County in 1960 from Auburndale, Fla., and in later years he became National Organizer with the Space Center and also National Negotiator. Following this he was a representative for the American Federation of Labor Congress of Industrial Organizations. He retired as a labor union official with the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers. He was a member of the First Baptist Church of Cocoa, and was very active in politics. The local chapter of Retired Aerospace and Machinists union was named after Mr. E'Dalgo. He is survived by four grandchildren and five greatgrandchildren. Services are at 10 a.m.today, at Wylie-BaxleyFuneral Home in Rockledge. Entombment will be atFlorida Memorial Gardens.
