DAVIS MELBOURNE -- D. James Davis, 81, a retired engineer, passed away Wednesday, January 15, 2003, at home. Mr. Davis has lived in Brevard County since 1954. He worked for Pan Am from 1962 until 1986.  He
was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II, and a lifetime member of the
Missile Stamp Club. Mr. Davis is survived by his wife of 58 years, Evelyn;
children, Jim (Kathy) Davis of Cary, N.C., Connie Davis of Melbourne, and
Penny (Jim) Duke of Orlando; five grandchildren, Jenny, Jim, Michael,
Timmy and Joshua; and a brother, John Davis of Grand Island, Fla.
Graveside services will be held at 3 p.m. Monday, January 20th, at Florida
Memorial Gardens. Florida Memorial Funeral Home is entrusted
with arrangements. |
