FIVEASH TITUSVILLE -- Jean M. Fiveash, 65, died Monday, November 13, 2000, at her residence. Mrs. Fiveash was born in Troy, N.Y. She came to Brevard County in 1972. She was a governmentemployee for 26 years. She retired from NASA in 1995 as an Administration Specialist. Mrs. Fiveash was a member of St. Teresa Catholic Church in Titusville. Survivors include her husband, James D. Fiveash ofTitusville; daughters, Shaunna Heffernan of Titusville and Sherrie Tapp, of Salt Lake City, Utah; sons, StephenOlsen and David Olsen, both of Salt Lake City, Utah; brother, William Myers of Severn, Md.; eight grandchildren; and one great-grandchild. Calling hours will be from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, at North Brevard Funeral Home. Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Teresa Catholic Church. Burial will be at Oaklawn Memorial Gardens. Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Hospice of St. Francis. North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville is in charge of arrangements. |
