SNOOK TITUSVILLE -- Jim Snook, Titusville, 81, died Thursday, January 2, 2003 at his residence. He is a retired Chief Aerospace Quality Control Inspector working for 31 years with the United States Air Force on such space programs as Gemini and Apollo. Jim is also a member of the Masonic Lodge, Scottish Rite, and Bahia Shrine, and a veteran of both World War II and Korea. He is survived by his wife of 56 years, Montie Snook; son, Larry Snook; daughters, Deana Hammett, Nancy Snook, and Carla Snook; grandchildren, Bill Hammett Jr., Michael W. Snook, Darien Hammett, Michael Lee Snook, James Carpenter, Joanna Snook, and Alex Snook. He is also survived by three greatgrandchildren; and a brother, Charles Snook. Funeral Services will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, January 8, 2003 at North Brevard Funeral Home,Titusville, with visitation, one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, donations in Jim's name may be made to the Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice, 8060 Spyglass Hill Road, Melbourne, FL 32940. North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville is in charge of arrangements. |
