PHILLIPS TITUSVILLE -- John D. Phillips, 68, died Saturday, November 25, 2000, at Parrish Medical Center in Titusville. Mr. Phillips was born in Washington, D.C. He came to Brevard County 34 years ago from St. Louis, Mo. He was a Quality Assurance for NASA for over30 years. Mr.
Phillips was a member of Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Titusville,
Masonic Lodge #98 in Abilene, Kansas, and a United States Air Force
Veteran of the Korean War. Survivors include his wife of 45 years, Joyce
Phillips of Titusville; son, William Phillips of Orlando; daughters,
Cynthia Phillips-Calhoun and husband, Steven of Raleigh, N.C., Kristie
Lambert and husband Thomas of Mims; Laurie Leidolf and husband David of
Merritt Island, and Angela Warfield and husband Bill of Reisterstown, Md.;
sisters,Teresa Schyvinck and husband Jack of Edgertons, Wis., and Peggy
Herbert and husband Harry of Vienna, Va.; grandchildren, Christina Willis,
Brian Lambert, William Calhoun, Kevyn Leidolf, Kimberly Morris, and David
Leidolf; and eight great-grandchildren. Calling hours are 7 to 8 p.m.
Monday, at North Brevard Funeral Home. Services are 11 a.m. Tuesday, at
Good Shepherd Lutheran Church in Titusville. Burial will be at Oaklawn
MemorialGardens. Donations may be made to the organ fund at Good Shepherd
Lutheran Church, 2073 Garden Street, Titusville, Fla. 32796. North Brevard
Funeral Home in Titusville is in charge of arrangements.
