BAILEY TITUSVILLE -- Johnnie "John" L. Bailey, 52, a technician for
Rocketdyne-Boeing, died Wednesday, June 14.
Mr. Bailey was born in Hood River, Ore. He came to Brevard County in 1982 from Mississippi. He was employed for 27 years as a technician for Rocketdyne-Boeing. Mr. Bailey was a member of the American Legion Post 359 in Port St. John, the Fraternal Order of Eagles in Titusville and a member of A.B.A.T.E. He helped set up Poker Runs and rode in many charity events. Mr. Bailey loved riding and sailing. Survivors include his wife, Joy Bailey of Titusville; sons, Steve Bailey of Bay St. Louis, Miss., and Chris Bailey of Pass Christian, Miss.; parents, Sylvia and Floyd Bailey of Idabell, Okla.; brothers, Mike Bailey of Idabell and Jim Bailey of California; sister, Connie Bailey of Idabell; stepdaughters, Amy Maxwell, Alisha Maxwell and Tammy Maxwell, all of Titusville; and six grandchildren. Calling hour will be from 3 to 4 p.m. Saturday, with services following, at North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville. |
