FAVA COCOA -- Joseph J. Fava, a retired electrical technician, died Monday, January 29, 2001,at home. Mr. Fava came to Brevard County in 1953 from Waterbury, Conn., where he was born.  He
was an Army Air Corps veteran who served during World War II. Mr. Fava
worked for Federal Electric Company at Kennedy Space Center, before
retiring in 1987. He was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church in
Rockledge, and a memberof the Indian River Amateur Radio Club. Survivors
include his wife, Florence Fava of Cocoa;sister, Marie McGuire of Cocoa;
and nephew, Douglas Laviana of Hyannis, Mass. Memorial services will be
held during the regular 8:30 a.m. Mass at St. Mary's Catholic Church, on
Saturday,February 3. Burial will be at Florida National Cemeteryin
Bushnell. Donations may be made to St. Mary's Catholic Church Building
Fund, 1152 Seminole Drive, Rockledge, FL 32955. Wylie-Baxley Rockledge
Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
