BALDASSIN WEST MELBOURNE Louis Baldassin, 76, passed away Tuesday, April 13, 2004. He was born in Treviso, Italy and came to the U.S. when he was four years old.  As an Army veteran, he spent time in Tokyo fol lowing World War II. Louis was an engineer at Grumman on Long Island where he retired after 32 years. He was proud of his work on the F-14 airplane and the lunar module. He is survived by his wife of 49 years, Connie; his children, Donna Light, Julie Paine, Car ole Webb and Paul Baldassin; eight grandchildren; and his lov ing sister, Zina Sisto. Calling hours will be held from 4 to 6 p.m., Friday, April 16th, at Florida Memorial Funeral Home. A mass will be celebrated at Ascension Catho lic Church on Saturday, April 17, 2004 at 9 a.m. Burial will follow at Florida Memorial Gardens.
