GILBERT TITUSVILLE Michael Gilbert, 58, passed away on Wednesday, June 9, 2004, at home following a long illness. Michael was born in Boyd County, Kentucky. He worked for United Space Alliance at Kennedy Space Center for 16 years. He served in the U.S. Army and was a strong Union member. Michael was preceded in death by his mother, Minnie Waugh Pennington. He is survived by his wife, Sue Gilbert; daughter, Michele and grandsons, Chase and Aaron, all of Titusville; father, James W. Pennington; seven brothers, Dave and Dennis Gilbert, Jimmy, Rick and Andy Pennington, and Billy Ray Waller, all of Ashland, Ky., and John Pennington of Port Orange, Fla.; and a sister, Sharon Cullum of Ohio. Services will be held at 5 p.m., Wednesday, June 16th, at North Brevard Funeral Home. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Hospice of St. Francis, P.O. B ox 5563, Titusville, FL 32783. North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville is in charge of arrangements. |
