NELSON KING MERRITT ISLAND -- Nelson D. King, 62, a retired electronics technician for United Space Alliance, died Saturday, May 20, at home.

Mr. King was born in New Castle, Pa. He came to Brevard County in 1962 from Panama City.

He was a member of the Federation of Eagles on Merritt Island.

Survivors include his mother, Betty Finamore of New Castle, Pa.; daughters, Kimberly Carter of Canaveral Groves and Kassandra Bunnell of Palm Bay; son, Jack King of Port St. John; and seven grandchildren.

Calling hours are from 6 to 8 tonight at Florida Memorial Funeral Home, north of Melbourne. Services will be at 11:30 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
