O.K. TURNER ROCKLEDGE -- O.K. Turner, a retired engineer with Boeing Company, died Sunday, April 2, at home.

Mr. Turner was born in Mount View, Okla. He came to Brevard County in 1967.

He was a Lockheed and PRC employee with the shuttle program starting with the Bomarc project and ending with the moon landing program.

Mr. Turner was a member and volunteer of St. Mark's Episcopal Church in Cocoa.

Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Josephine Turner of Rockledge; daughters, Kathleen Turner of Long Island, N.Y., and Anita Barnett of Creve Couers, Mo.; and five grandchildren.

No calling hours are scheduled. Memorial services will be at 5 p.m. Thursday at St. Mark's Episcopal Church. East Coast Cremation Service in Melbourne is in charge of arrangements.
