PETRO MELBOURNE Peter R. Petro, 69, died Thursday, March 18, 2004 suddenly at home. 
Peter was born in Schenectady, New York to Catherine and Michael Petro. He came to Eau Gallie in 1960 with Eastern Airlines at Kennedy Space Center. He was a communicant of Ascension Catholic Church and active as a financial consultant for over 50 years. He was also very active with Flaming Roses Mounted Drill Team and Florida Sun Rays Equestrian Team. Peter was predeceased by his wife of 38 years, Sally Cardinal Petro, and is survived by his father, Michael Petro, age 101; three children, Nancy Galloway, Brian Petro, and Maryann Elder; eight grandchildren; one great- grandchild; brothers, Thomas and Donald; sisters, Dorothy, Betty and Catherine; and sev eral nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 1 to 2 p.m., Monday, March 22, 2004 at Ascension Catholic Church. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 2 p.m. Interment will follow to Florida Memorial Gardens in Rockledge, Fla. Arrangements by Beach Funeral Home, West Chapel, Melbourne/Suntree. |
