| ROBERT
JENKINS MERRITT ISLAND -- Robert L. Jenkins, 51, a security guard for
Space Gateway Support, died Tuesday, May 30, at Wuesthoff Hospital in
Rockledge.
Mr. Jenkins came to Brevard County in 1972 from Wadsworth, Ohio, where he was born. He enjoyed gardening and fishing. Survivors include his wife of 32 years, Linda Jenkins of Merritt Island; sons, Kelly Jenkins of Cocoa and Robbie Jenkins of Alexandria, Va.; mother, Gladys Wertz of Merritt Island; and three grandchildren. No calling hours are scheduled. Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at Florida Memorial Funeral Home, north of Melbourne. Donations may be made to the Children's Miracle Network, P.O.
