BROWN COCOA -- Sidney Lloyd Brown, 76, an electronic technician for the aerospace program, died Monday, January 29, 2001at Harborside Health Carein Rockledge. Mr. Brown was born in Springfield, Mo.  He
was a U.S. Army veteran who served during World War II and the Korean War.
He was a member of the American Legion Post #22 in Cocoa, and the Loyal
Order of the Moose Lodge #2073. Mr. Brown worked on the Mercury, Gemini,
Titan 3 and the Polaris Programs. He is survived by his father, Herbert
Brown; sister, Betty Deck; and daughter, Ann Hollon. Calling hour will be
from12 to 1 p.m. Wednesday, at Brevard Memorial Funeral Home. Services
will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at
Brevard Memorial Park. Brevard Memorial Funeral Home in Frontenac is in
charge of arrangements. |
