VERNON WOZNICK BAREFOOT BAY -- Vernon F. Woznick, 70, a retired engineer, died Friday, Jan. 14, at Holmes Regional Medical Center in Melbourne.

Mr. Woznick came to Brevard County in 1985 from Manitowoc, Wisc., where he was born.

He was an Army veteran of World War II and the Korean War.

Mr. Woznick was a member of the International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers and Sebastian River Moose Lodge 1767.

He was a lifetime member of Amvets Post 99 in Manitowoc and attended St. Sebastian Catholic Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Linda Meyer of Two Rivers, Wisc.; brothers, William Woznick of Palm Bay and John Woznick and Richard Woznick, both of Manitowoc; sister, Mary Hoffman of Manitowoc; four grandchildren; one great-grandchild; and companion, Barbara Elliott of Barefoot Bay.

Calling hours were Tuesday. Services are at 10 a.m. today at St. Sebastian Catholic Church. National Cremation Society in Melbourne is in charge of arrangements.
