WHELAN TITUSVILLE -- William Vincent Whelan, 52, a Commentator/Tour Escort, died Wednesday, November 22, 2000, at his home. Mr. Whelan was born in Bridgeport, Connecticut. He came to Brevard County 11 years ago from Vermont. He was a Commentator/Tour Escort for Johnson Controls at the KSC Visitor Center for 11 years. Mr.Whelan was a member of the Fraternal Order of Police. Survivors include his close friends, Tom Newmeyer of Titusville; Renee Cogliano of Titusville; Diane Moore ofTitusville; and Roger Parauka of Connecticut. A memorial service will be held 7 p.m. Monday, at North Brevard Funeral Home. Pastor Carmine DiBiase of theRockledge Christian Center will Officiate. North Brevard Funeral Home in Titusville is in charge of arrangements. |
