WIEST MERRITT ISLAND William G. Wiest, 73, a retired chemical engineer for RCA and GE, died Wednesday, July 14, 2004, at home.  Mr. Wiest was born in Rochester, N.Y. He came to Brevard County in 1952. He is survived by his wife of 52 years, Paula; his children, Kathy, Barbara (Jimmy) and Bill; nine grandchildren; brothers, Richard (Joyce) and Robert (Gloria); many nieces and nephews; and his dog, Gretchen. Calling hours will be held from 6 to 8 p.m., Friday, with a 5:30 p.m. Rosary Service at Florida Memorial Funeral Home. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m., Saturday, July 17th, at Divine Mercy Catholic Church. Burial will be at Florida Memorial Gardens. Memorial donations may be made to Wuesthoff Brevard Hospice, 8060 Spyglass Hill Road, Viera, FL 32940. Florida Memorial Funeral Home in Rockledge is in charge of arrangements. |
